Project request forms

Use this form to request the creation or reprint of existing artwork, such as:

• Roll-up banners
• Counter displays
• Posters
• In-store materials (shelves, magnetic stickers, etc.)
• Advertisements
• Website banners
• Brand page content (text and visuals)
• Table cloths

Complete all fields to ensure clarity. Your request goes directly to the Creative Marketing team.For other marketing or creative needs, use the Campaign, presentation or other form below. 

Timelines:

• Standard: 5 weeks
• Rush: 3 weeks (only upon agreement)

Tip: Check if similar work exists in the Marketing Examples folder on OneDrive or the files tab in the e-catalog.

Use this form for larger or more complex requests, such as:

• New or tailored presentations for (new) clients
• Campaign plans for or with a client
• Budget-based projects
• Other extensive requests

Please add a desired deadline which will be discussed during feedback.

Note: Lead time is typically 2 to 6 months, depending on the request.

After filling in this form we will contact you with questions if needed and an overview of what we think that needs to be done after your request.
This will also give us an idea of the size (and therewith the deadlines) of the fair. If necessary you will receive a meeting request to discuss your request.
