Project request forms

Use this form to submit a creative request to the marketing creation team.
This helps us understand your needs clearly and ensures your request is handled efficiently and on time.

Please provide as much detail as possible. Clear information allows us to deliver better creative solutions.

Important:

Incomplete requests may cause delays. The more specific your input, the better the creative output.
Once submitted, your request will be reviewed by the marketing team and scheduled based on priority and availability.

Timelines:

• Standard: 6 weeks
• Rush: 3 weeks (only upon agreement)

Tip: Check if similar work exists in the Marketing Examples folder on OneDrive or the files tab in the e-catalog.

Use this form for larger or more complex requests, such as:

• New or tailored presentations for (new) clients
• Campaign plans for or with a client
• Budget-based projects
• Other extensive requests

Please add a desired deadline which will be discussed during feedback.

Note: Lead time is typically 2 to 6 months, depending on the request.

After filling in this form we will contact you with questions if needed and an overview of what we think that needs to be done after your request.
This will also give us an idea of the size (and therewith the deadlines) of the fair. If necessary you will receive a meeting request to discuss your request.
